At Omniskyar S.A. (hereinafter, «Omniskyar») we process your personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This Policy describes what data we collect through omniskyar.com, for which purposes, on which legitimation basis and what are your rights as data subject.

2. Data we collect
Full name, corporate email, IP address, device identifiers, browsing information (pages visited, session time) and data that you voluntarily include when subscribing to the executive brief or requesting commercial contact.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to: (a) manage the subscription to the B2B executive brief; (b) send requested commercial communications; (c) measure site performance under Google Consent Mode v2; (d) comply with tax and contractual obligations. The legal basis is the free, express and informed consent of the data subject (art. 5 Law 25,326) and the execution of the commercial relationship when applicable.
4. Retention
Data is retained while the subscription remains active and, after unsubscription, for the applicable legal periods (accounting-fiscal: 10 years; contractual: until the statute of limitations expires).
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by technology providers for infrastructure, transactional email and analytics located in the European Union and the United States. International transfers are made to countries with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses approved by AAIP.
6. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacy@omniskyar.com. You may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures pursuant to AAIP Resolution 47/2018: encryption in transit and at rest, access control by profile, log audit and operational continuity plans.
8. Changes to the policy
Any relevant modification will be communicated through the site and, when applicable, by email to active subscribers.
