These Terms regulate the access to and use of omniskyar.com and the professional Business Intelligence services provided by Omniskyar S.A. (CUIT 30-71829481-9). Access to the site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Subject
Omniskyar provides B2B analytics services, Business Intelligence consulting, data integration and predictive modeling for companies with activity in the Argentine Republic.
2. Users
The site is aimed at professionals and B2B organizations of legal age. The user declares that the information provided is truthful and up to date.
3. Intellectual property
All the contents of the site (trademarks, texts, images, dashboards, source code and 4-stage methodology) are the property of Omniskyar S.A. or its licensors, and are protected by Law 11,723.
4. Contracting of services
The contracting of professional services is instrumented through an individual commercial proposal, a framework agreement and specific work orders. These Terms apply on a subsidiary basis to the particular contract.
5. Invoicing
Invoicing is issued in Argentine pesos (ARS) or United States dollars (USD), according to the applicable tax regime and AFIP regulations. Omniskyar S.A. is a VAT-registered taxpayer.
6. Liability
Omniskyar commits to render the services with the professional diligence customary in the sector. It does not guarantee specific economic results derived from decisions adopted by the client on the basis of the analyses. Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service during the 12 months prior to the event.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by Law 25,326.
8. Legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
